A company in brand management is seeking an Admin Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage documentation, and assist HR & Finance tasks. Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree in related fields are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess basic MS Office skills and good organizational abilities. Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
Handle documentation, filing, data entry, and record management (physical & digital)
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents
Manage office supplies, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
Support HR & Finance administrative tasks such as attendance records, claims
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and simple travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
Liaise with internal teams and external parties when required
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and attention to detail
Able to communicate in English (Mandarin/Bahasa is a plus)
