An educational institution in Penang is looking for a Customer Service & Front of House representative for maternity cover from January to June. Customer Service & Front of House (Maternity Cover : Jan - June)
Attendance & Record Management
  • First point of contact for any student absences. Main email account holder for student absences.
  • Liaise with parents, students and teaching staff on the attendance record matters to ensure that the record on school system is up to date.
  • Monitor and highlight any unusual attendance record to the deputy principal for further investigation.
  • Student lateness record.
  • Student Exit Pass (early out).
ID card systems (VERTECH & Photo print)
  • Back up person of handling the ID card systems.
  • Create cards for staff/students - new and replacement.
  • Card setting/access management.
  • Provide monthly staff attendance records for HR as required.
Student services related tasks
  • First portal to attend to students request and queries.
  • Students filing.
  • Lost and found record.
  • Flexi boarding filing record.
Front desk related tasks
  • Communication with security on visitors arrivals /events.
  • Attend to phone calls and general enquiries.
  • Visitors registrations and welcoming.
Others
  • Assist in administrative jobs as required by the SLT, Principal's Office Manager and Operational Manager.
  • Assist in verbal or written translation as and when required.
Language
  • Candidate who is well verse in English and Mandarin would be preferable.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
