Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Study and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors and labor
• Ensure construction work follows approved designs and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates
• Check materials, workmanship, and site measurements
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and architects
• Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 0–5 years of experience in construction (freshers may apply)
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project
• Good communication and teamwork skills
