Job summary

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Malaysia)

We are expanding our presence in Malaysia and are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us scale.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will focus primarily on B2B sales, driving corporate engagement for Xaltius’ HRD-approved training programs. The role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing training partnerships with organisations across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Xaltius’ HRD-approved training programs to corporate clients.
  • Generate new B2B leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, and training decision makers.
  • Understand client training needs and propose suitable training solutions.
  • Explain HRD Corp claim process and funding benefits to organisations.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Preferably experienced in selling HRD-approved or corporate training programs.
  • Strong understanding of HRD Corp processes is an advantage.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to handle corporate clients and manage sales conversations confidently.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
