• Experience in managing grievances and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and review Industrial Relations policies.
• Lead and develop a diverse team in handling grievances.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955.
• Advise line managers on disciplinary actions.
• Conduct training related to Industrial Relations.
• Serve as representative in Labour Court.
