Job summary

A recruitment firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in large organizations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This role involves working onsite and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for improving recruitment practices. Competitive salary of up to RM 5600 is offered.

(Walking distance from Ampang Park LRT/MRT Station)

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Scopes:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments & background checks
  • Maintain accurate data and ensure process compliance
  • Communicate with hiring managers & candidates
  • Review and improve recruitment practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (preferably large orgs)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, independent & process-driven
  • Proactive team player, able to work fully onsite with limited phone access
