Job summary
A prominent healthcare company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment and provide HR generalist support. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 5-6 years of HR experience with hands-on recruiting, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. This is an opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace culture while ensuring robust people operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring.
- Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and labour regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Southern Region.
- Prepare and post job advertisements and coordinate interviews.
- Track probation periods and support performance review processes.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees in the Southern Region.
