Job summary

A dynamic HR consulting firm in Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations across Malaysia and Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. This role demands strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations / HR admin / office administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment practices; familiarity with Singapore HR processes is advantageous.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
  • Support payroll administration and verify attendance/leave.
  • Assist with compliance documentation and address sensitive employee matters.
