Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 6 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Southern Region.
• Prepare and post job advertisements and coordinate interviews.
• Track probation periods and support performance review processes.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees in the Southern Region.
