Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a related field for Associate.
• Fresh graduates with HR relevant educational backgrounds for Assistant Associate.

Responsibilities

• Handle Malaysia visa processing, including work permits EP and PVP.
• Support HR administration for foreign employees.
• Manage HR-related procurement and vendor coordination.
• Prepare and translate internal HR documents and policies.
• Assist in drafting HR system requirements and coordinate with the IT team.
• Communicate and collaborate with headquarters in Taiwan.
• Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
