JUNIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES (TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive, Human Resources to support the effective administration and coordination of training programmes and recruitment - related processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, system-oriented, and keen to develop a career in Human Resources within a structured corporate environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) years of working experience in Human Resources, with specific exposure to Training and Development.
  • Basic knowledge of HRD Corp compliance and training grant processes, as well as SAP LMS, is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including logistics, attendance tracking and documentation.
  • Administer HRD Corp (HRDF) processes, including grant submissions, training claims, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate training records, training matrices, evaluations, and reports in the LMS and HR systems.
  • Maintain training files and databases to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Administer internship processes, including application processing, placement coordination, and allowance administration.
  • Support recruitment administration, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation management.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding of interns and new staff, including coordination of documentation and related arrangements.
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and support organisational objectives.
  • Support general HR administrative duties and HR programmes as assigned.
