• 5 years of experience as a hands-on HR generalist in fast-growing organizations.
• Experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, and talent management.
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR regulations in Malaysia.
• Very positive, energetic, and able to build authentic relationships.
• Strong executional capability supported by a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote employer branding and ensure competitive compensation offerings.
• Oversee onboarding processes to enhance new hire experiences.
• Facilitate culture-building activities and team events.
• Implement effective performance management systems to identify and reward high performers.
• Manage end-to-end payroll and employee data in BrioHR.
