Job summary

A leading software company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding. You'll collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, source candidates, and conduct orientation programs. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of HR Generalist experience and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred. Qualifications

Job description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding of new hires.

Collaborate with respective Head of Department to understand hiring needs.

Source candidates through various channels and job platforms.

Liaise and collaborate with recruitment agencies and headhunters to fulfill hiring needs.

Coordinate, arrange and execute the onboarding process and ensure all onboarding process for new hires are carried out smoothly.

Conduct orientation program for new employees.

Generate weekly recruitment reports and summaries, at the same time provide hiring status updates as and when required by HRM, Department Managers and/or Director.

Responsible for HRA matters and processes related to Employee Movements, Employee Relations and any other similar capacities.

Assist HRM with day-to-day HR and Admin ad-hoc tasks, as and when needed.

At least 1 year of solid experience in full cycle of recruitment process.

At least 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist and/or hands‑on experience with HR employee relation tasks/processes.

Working experience in recruitment agencies would be an added advantage.

Possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and consider yourself a people person.

Possess the integrity to manage sensitive and confidential information and/or situation, at the same time able to handle HRA-related matters with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.

Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to think on one's feet.

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and achieve hiring goals within tight deadlines.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin (read, write and speak) are highly preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts.

Willing to work in Mid‑Valley, Kuala Lumpur.
