Qualifications

- Strong ability to develop and implement project plans.
- Experience in managing budgets and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall projects from initial start to final hand-over.
- Ensure timely completion and quality management of the project.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Government Departments.

- Report to CEO/Senior Project Manager
- Knowledge about Palm Oil Mill Process, manufacturing & System
- Leading overall projects from initial start to final hand-over.
- Responsible for financial planning, technical and contractual activities.
- Ensure timely completion and coordination of the project, including quality and safety aspects.
- Manage and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Government Department.
- Follow up on planning, payment and resolve progress claims until certification of claims.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors; evaluate quotations and progress claims.
- Review and study new contract upon successful contract awarded.
- Ensure all departments and sub-ordinates adhere and meet client specifications.
- Coordinate with all HODs in relation to Project kick-off meeting on a weekly basis.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO/Senior Project Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on project management or a related field
- Minimum 2‑5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably in the engineering industry
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and monitor progress
