What you'll be doing:

• Report to CEO/Senior Project Manager
• Knowledge about Palm Oil Mill Process, manufacturing & System
• Leading overall projects from initial start to final hand-over.
• Responsible for financial planning, technical and contractual activities.
• Ensure timely completion and coordination of the project, including quality and safety aspects.
• Manage and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Government Department.
• Follow up on planning, payment and resolve progress claims until certification of claims.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors; evaluate quotations and progress claims.
• Review and study new contract upon successful contract awarded.
• Ensure all departments and sub-ordinates adhere and meet client specifications.
• Coordinate with all HODs in relation to Project kick-off meeting on a weekly basis.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO/Senior Project Manager.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on project management or a related field
• Minimum 2‑5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably in the engineering industry
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and monitor progress
