Job summary

A leading property developer in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic ACCOUNT OFFICER responsible for handling full sets of accounts and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developer and construction companies, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills. You must be meticulous, able to work independently under tight deadlines, and proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and the IFCA financial module is a plus.

We are a rapidly expanding property developer and construction company is looking for a dynamic individual for the following positions:-

ACCOUNT OFFICER

Handling full sets of accounts and preparing financial reports, forecast, budgets, all income tax matters and statutory reports etc

Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and government authorities

Preparing and reviewing revenue, expenses, cash flow, invoices and other accounting matters

Requirements

3-5 years of working experience in developer and construction companies

Possess good communication and strong analytical skills

Meticulous, hands‑on and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines

Able to work independently

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in Microsoft excel and words and knowledge of IFCA financial module will be an advantage
