- To effectively cover the market according to types of customers namely, all corporate clients Insurances companies and Auto Assist companies within the region.
- To make a minimum of eight (8)salescalls per day.
- To closely pursue all traces and secure a minimum of five (5) leads per week and convert at least 10% of these leads into business for the Company.
- To include in the dailysalescalls, report the feedback on competitor’s rates, promotions, activities and major events and happenings in the market and to summarize all such feedback on market intelligence in the month endsalesreport.
- To keep track of information that is likely to affect our target markets, namely, new business trends, new Government policies on expatriate workforce, etc.
- To ensure quotations and customer queries are promptly prepared, sent and followed up with confirmation ofsales.
- To ensure thatsalesreports are daily and meticulously prepared and entered in the CRM system.
- To be thoroughly familiar with the product, service and facilities offered by the Company.
- To initiate a complete profile of every client and their contribution towards oursales.
- To ensure that the customer’s designation, contact particulars and logistic data are constantly updated.
- To establish and maintain a good working relationship with staff within the Company.
- To maintain a high level of awareness in target areas as well as involvement in all projects concerningsalesand marketing operations.
- To be actively involved and extremely familiar with all aspect of the Company’s profile and operations.
