Join us as our Assistant Marketing Manager and take full ownership of B2B go-to-market campaigns that drive brand visibility and business growth across multiple tech brands. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and tech teams, working alongside our Group Marketing Manager to deliver strategic, high-impact marketing that moves the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content, partnerships, events).
- Define objectives, target audience, messaging, timelines, and performance KPIs.
- Track performance and lead optimisation through data-driven insights.
Content, Brand & Communications
- Develop marketing content (corporate materials, social media posts, whitepapers, website copy, EDMs, brochures, case studies, pitch decks, press releases).
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all group and B2B channels.
- Uphold brand guidelines and push higher creative standards within the team.
- Manage social media channels and paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and industry platforms.
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives and website content updates that strengthen lead generation and brand authority.
- Drive performance improvement through analytics, A/B testing, and market insights.
Event, Activation & Partnership Marketing
- Lead planning and execution for B2B activations, expos, launches, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage end-to-end coordination with partners, vendors, government agencies, community bodies, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure event KPIs align with business objectives (leads, branding, partnerships, awareness).
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities, trends, industry movements, and customer insights which contribute to strategic planning.
- Present marketing performance reports with insights and improvement actions.
- Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Guide junior marketers in project execution, marketing best practices.
- Guide agency partners, vendors with clear briefs, expectations and performance metrics.
- Ensure execution excellence, quality, and timeliness across all initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience (preferably with B2B exposure; agency or tech industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, sales enablement, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; strong business writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to lead, plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, copywriting and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
