Job Description:

Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a GBS Intelligent Automation Specialist.

As a member of Huntsman’s Global Business Services (GBS) Intelligent Automation team, the Intelligent Automation Specialist will provide end-to-end automation solutions working with business teams from across the Huntsman organization. This role involves working closely with business analysts, Global Automation colleagues, and subject matter experts in putting together requirement specifications, process flows, automation designs, automation builds, and facilitating the validation and migration to production process. With this role, our team is seeking a candidate with strong experience and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.

In addition to building automations on the MS Power Platform, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to also build using our other current platforms, to include Automation Anywhere and VBA. The Intelligent Automation Specialist will in their role work autonomously:

• Managing the end to end to delivery process

• Collaborating with business experts, IT and infrastructure resources, and fellow Automation team members

• Successfully driving the system development life cycle for assigned use cases.

The Intelligent Automation Specialist is expected to be a team player and have an affinity for generating new ideas and initiatives to solve problems by leveraging automation technologies and techniques. The Intelligent Automation Specialist will be comfortable working independently and being challenged. They are expected to build new applications and automation programs to solve business problems. They must be a quick learner on business process, be technically flexible, and have strong interpersonal skills.

This role will report to the Global Intelligent Automation Lead based in Krakow, Poland.

This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a GBS Intelligent Automation Specialist you will:

Collaborate & coordinate with other, business users on various data & automation initiatives for implementation potential by analyzing and designing process workflows

Develop & implement quality automation solutions from gathering the requirements, design, document, test, and final deployment, with scalable & reusable components.

Act as the subject matter expert for automation to others seeking to utilize automation technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business process, server as this expert to both direct team members and business / functional associates. This role will focus initially on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Contribute to building repository of tools, best practice & reusable solutions, and promote the utilization of RPA where possible

Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Assists other employees in accomplishment of Huntsman company goals.

Participates in and completes company-required training programs.

Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by the company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT Business Application / Process Engineering

Minimum 3 years of applied experience in building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, developing major business robotic process automations and/or data automation routines

Microsoft Power Platform experience is required, Automation Anywhere experience is a strong plus

Multinational organization experience strongly preferred

Must have aptitude towards technology and analysis

Must be detail oriented and able to master a large breadth of information

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

Be flexible with working schedule as part of a global organization

Be delivery oriented

Be able to work with ambiguity and be willing to ask questions through proactive follow up

Certificate related to Microsoft Power Platform or RPA is a plus
