Headquartered in Malaysia, the Doka East Asia Pacific (EAP) Area team serves as the backbone for essential functions encompassing sales, marketing, operations, support, engineering, HR, and product management. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting new branch setups, and contributing to continuous improvement in accounting processes across the region. • Support daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and invoice processing.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support new branch setup activities — including registration, accounting system implementation, and coordination with local service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for audits and statutory reporting.
• Assist with cash management, expense claims, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve accounting processes.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and financial analysis as assigned.
• Continuously learn and apply new accounting practices and digital tools to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP/accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving ability.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges (e.g., branch setup or process improvement).
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
