In this full-time position based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's facilities and buildings. Your expertise will be integral in ensuring a safe, functional and well-maintained work environment for all employees.
Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment and facilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively address issues
Liaise with vendors, contractors and service providers to schedule and oversee maintenance work
Monitor and report on building performance, energy consumption and compliance with regulations
Manage inventory and procurement of equipment, supplies and services required for facilities operations
Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements to optimise facility operations
Ensure a safe and secure work environment by enforcing health and safety protocols
Minimum 3~5 years of experience in building or facilities management, preferably in the commercial/office sector
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills to coordinate multiple priorities
Proficient in using facility management software and data analysis tools
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
Degree in engineering, facilities management or a related field
