A leading energy firm in Kulim, Kedah, is seeking a receptionist responsible for welcoming guests, handling calls, and managing reception materials. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or hotel management and have at least one year of relevant administrative experience. Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin are required for effective interaction with clients and leaders. A meticulous and execution-focused individual is preferred for this dynamic role.
EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah
Responsible for the reception of company guests, answering the phone, and the preparation of related reception materials, food ordering arrangements, hotel arrangements, drinks and refreshments arrangements, meeting preparation, etc.
Ensure the integrity of public area meeting room resources and facilities and equipment.
Ensure the inventory of reception materials, and the consistency between the stock and the ledger.
Complete other temporary assigned tasks.
Bachelor degree , business administration, hotel management and other related majors
At least 1 year of administrative related work experience, fresh graduates also be admissibility
Good ability to operate computer office software
Good image temperament, strong communication and coordination skills, Malay, English and Mandarin skills (Need communicate with Chinese Clients and Leaders)
