Junior Operations Supervisor (Mobile Team)

We are looking for a hands‑on Junior Operations Supervisor to support daily operations for our Airbnb and short‑term rental portfolio across Klang Valley.

This is a mobile, on‑ground role — suitable for candidates who enjoy site work, problem‑solving, and managing people on the field.

About the Role

Support daily operations across our Airbnb and short‑term rental portfolio by conducting property inspections, coordinating cleaners, ensuring quality standards, managing basic maintenance, onboarding new units, escalating issues, and maintaining consistency across multiple units.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property inspections and check‑outs
• Coordinate and supervise cleaners and housekeeping teams
• Ensure all properties meet SOP, checklist, and quality standards
• Handle basic maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, fittings)
• Support property setup, procurement, and unit onboarding
• Liaise with HQ on operational updates and issue escalation
• Ensure readiness for guest check‑ins and turnovers
• Maintain operational consistency across multiple Airbnb units

Requirements

• Valid Malaysian driver’s licence and own transportation (mandatory)
• Willing to travel daily within Klang Valley / Petaling Jaya
• Experience in operations / hospitality / facilities / property management preferred
• Basic electrical, plumbing, handyman, or maintenance knowledge is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and consistency
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites
• Comfortable with physical site work and irregular hours when required
