In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and checking-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with room assignments, key management and coordinating guest services
• Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring all Front Office systems and processes are followed
• Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions and events
• Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction
• Adhering to all health, safety and security protocols

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using Front Office software and hotel management systems
• A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional language skills an advantage
