Job summary

A leading digital customer experience firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Front Desk and Guest Relations professional to be the first point of contact for guests and assist in events management. Candidates should possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree and preferably have experience in Front Desk or Reception. Excellent English communication skills are required. Responsibilities
  • Front Desk & Guest Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for guests entering the office, providing a courteous and professional welcome while ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Events Management: Familiarize yourself with event details and assist with on-ground activations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilities Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate office activities, and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain a safe, organized, and pleasant environment for colleagues and visitors.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Preferably with experience in Front Desk or Reception. However, candidates with a strong interest in guest relations are also welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Possess a professional appearance, pleasant personality and strong work ethics.
