A leading digital customer experience firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Front Desk and Guest Relations professional to be the first point of contact for guests and assist in events management. Candidates should possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree and preferably have experience in Front Desk or Reception. Excellent English communication skills are required.
