MANA MANA HOSPITALITY (subsidiary of EXSIM HOSPITALITY BERHAD) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Housekeeping team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction at our premier hospitality establishment. What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Restock and organise supplies in guest rooms and common areas
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address any housekeeping-related concerns
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of efficiency
• Adhere to all safety and quality protocols to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for guests

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and colleagues
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests
