Responsibilities include overseeing property management, developing safety and security strategies, and coordinating inspections with authorities. Candidates should possess a Certificate or Diploma in Protective Services Management and a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management. This role demands strong relationship management skills with authorities and contractors.

- Oversee the Property Management Services department.
- Establish good relationships with authorities.
- Develop safety and security policies.
- Conduct investigations on safety matters.
- Plan emergency evacuation procedures.
- Coordinate yearly building inspections.

Ausbildung
- To oversee or assist superior to oversee the Property Management Services department for the building and its surrounding perimeter.
- To establish and maintain good relationship with all in-house and external parties including the police force, Bomba and other authorities.
- To develop and maintain safety and security strategies as well as policies and procedures to protect the company's properties, tenants and customers.
- To conduct the investigations and liaise with relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to the safety and security.
- To plan and administer emergency evacuation procedures.
- Coordinate the yearly building inspection with Bomba for Fire Certificate renewal.
- To brief, coordinate and supervise renovation works in owners’ lots and common areas.
- To supervise visitors/ contractors’ registration and movement in the building.
- To assist superior to carry out inspection on the condition of the common property.
- To attend to tenants/ customers’ feedback and rectified within the required timeframe.
- To liaise with contractors for repair or upgrading works in the lots or common areas that raised requisition work by Leasing Department or Operation.
- Certificate/ Diploma in Protective Services Management or equivalent
