Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join an international FMCG company in Ara Damansara. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 6 years of experience in full set accounting. Responsibilities include financial report preparation, bank reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with accounting practices. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Flexible working hours are available.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing SST and E-invoicing.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set accounts and prepare financial reports independently.
  • Match and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting systems and company policies.
  • Prepare statutory and internal financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with auditors as required.

About the job Senior Accounts Executive (FMCG)

Company Background:

We are representing an international FMCG company and as they are expanding, they are hiring Senior Accounts Executive to join the team in Ara Damansara.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independently under minimum supervision.
  • Matching and performing the monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
  • Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
  • Matching bill for petty cash reimbursement and allocation outlet.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the management in a timely and accurate manner. Will involve in statutory reports preparation as well.
  • Ensure the work submitted is complete, accurate, and according to the deadline.
  • You will be liaising with auditors as and when required.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned/requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in full set accounting.
  • Experienced in full set accounting including managing SST and E-invoicing.
  • Have experience in using Accounting Software.
  • Good communication skill in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)

Working Hour:

Monday - Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm (Flexi Hour)
