Seeking a seasoned professional to lead 3D EM simulations and drive system optimization of power packages and converters, contributing to cutting-edge product development initiatives across multiple business divisions.

• Conduct 3D electromagnetic simulations and optimize power packages and passive components.
• Develop and simulate power inductors, transformers, and converter systems.
• Provide simulation support to technology and product development teams.
• Apply system-level and EM simulation techniques in package development.
• Drive new methodologies for EM simulation and power device testing.
• Explore innovation opportunities in power simulation techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute technical expertise.
• Participate in expert forums and stay updated on simulation technologies.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' experience with ANSYS 3D EM tools (Q3D, Maxwell).
• Proficient in simulating power packages, PCBs, and passive components.
• Knowledge of power converter architecture and analysis tools (e.g., Simetrix).
• Familiarity with ANSYS Icepak (thermal) and HFSS (electrical) simulations.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and simulation methodology development.
