Testing Engineer (Under QA department) - Seremban #SMV2#

We are representing our client, a well-established rubber-product MNC located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, in seeking for a Testing Engineer.

Job Responsibilities :

Coordinate with product design teams on product prototypes and testing parameters.

Develop testing environments and cases for both software and hardware systems.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues in testing parameters.

Oversee quality control throughout the test procedures.

Provide test procedures, training, and technical support to the quality assurance team.

Prepare test reports and updates.

Ensure all products meet industry and government standards.

Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Monitor and plan schedules for maintenance of testing machines.

Provide technical support to assigned test devices and related infrastructure.

Execute and monitor maintenance and repair work.

Develop and maintain local work instructions.

Develop measurements and test methods.

Design, manufacture, and implement measuring/testing devices in collaboration with QT engineering.

Assess and determine test methods that meet customer requirements.

Present testing processes and results within assigned working groups.

Contribute to cost-reduction projects with PPI, production, and QA teams.

Implement and evaluate quality assurance tests.

Document and report QA test results.

Comply with all safety, cleanliness, and tidiness standards at the workstation to ensure optimal working conditions.

Support initiatives to improve occupational safety and infrastructure in test technology.

Ensure compliance with customer and organizational requirements by following work instructions and technical standards.

Support and ensure the use of calibrated test devices and equipment.

Contribute to the execution and implementation of action plans related to KPIs and departmental improvements.

Execute and monitor maintenance and repair activities.

Manage and administer spare parts inventory.

Act as a technical multiplier for the team and new employees by training them on work instructions and documentation procedures.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality, or any related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Strong command of English with clear and concise communication skills.
