Project Engineer (Manufacturing)
Job summary
A leading precision manufacturing company located in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a project manager with a diploma and over three years of management experience. The role involves tracking project progress, preparing development plans, and managing sample deliverables. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing electronic connectors, along with strong skills in process optimization. This position is essential for enhancing production efficiency within the company.
Qualifications
- More than three years of relevant management experience.
- Experience in manufacturing/assembly of electronic connectors.
- Familiarity with hardware and plastic design preferred.
Responsibilities
- Project progress follow-up and reporting.
- Preparation of project development plans and mold modification schemes.
- Record and follow-up of FAI sample delivery.
Skills
Education
- 1. Project progress follow-up and report; project supporting data collation and production; Collection of transfer data in the whole process;
- 2. APQP, PPAP schedule; preparation of project development plan; The mold modification scheme is put forward;
- 3. FAI sample delivery record, FAI acknowledgement record and follow-up FAI acknowledgement;
- 4. Receiving, sending and replying to daily mails; Sample shipment billing, record.
- 1. Diploma or above, with more than three years of relevant management experience;
- 2. Have experience in manufacturing/assembly of electronic connectors/automotive connectors, can optimize production process and improve production efficiency;
- 3. Have more than two years of project tracking experience, understand hardware, plastic design is preferred.
