Job description

This role assists and supports all the activities of the Warehouse Department including shipping, receiving, recording, and maintaining records of all warehouse material and inventory movements. This role also supports the warehouse operations’ internal control procedures by keeping the accuracy of inventory records, cycle count, and stock take processes, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse by applying the 5S standard, etc.

At least 2 years in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support and ensure daily warehouse operation activities including, ensuring FIFO procedures are followed by all warehouse personnel, and data entry for all warehouse department-related records.

Support in conducting materials stock check, frequency based on needs and upon request by the Warehouse HOD/ Supervisors or relevant parties and to maintain and provide cycle count reports.

Coordinate export and import arrangement, documents and logistics including generating Delivery Order/ Pack List from the system for deliveries.

Perform incoming materials receiving in the system daily by generating GRN (Good Receipt Note).

Receive MRN (Material Receipt Note) from Production, generate FIFO list and coordinate with the Forklift Drivers for picking.

Manage scrap materials and the disposal arrangement.

Support Warehouse Supervisors in replenishing the packaging materials.

Coordinate the fumigation arrangement with P&P and vendor.

Coordinate with the 3rd party warehouse for incoming and outgoing goods/ materials.

Coordinate inter-plant goods/ materials transfers.

Perform duties by adhering to the Safety SOP and complying with SH&E requirements.

Able to work 6 days a week.

Able to work shifts and overtime (including rest days & public holidays).

A forklift driving certificate is an advantage.
