Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in event management, project management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage crises, and adapt quickly to changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event/project management software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and travel as required for events.
- Experience handling corporate clients, VIP/VVIP protocols, and government-related events.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in event design and execution.
- Knowledge of digital/virtual event platforms, multimedia, and 3D/LED technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event/project management, from conceptualization to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Work closely with clients to understand objectives, requirements, and expectations.
- Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines; ensure cost control and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, logistics, operations, technical, digital) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues.
- Handle all approvals, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Manage on-site event operations, ensuring smooth program flow and troubleshooting in real time.
- Prepare and present event reports, including financial reconciliations and feedback analysis.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and foster repeat business.
