Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable home products
  • Provide accurate product details, answer inquiries, and recommend solutions
  • Process sales transactions and handle payments efficiently
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Promote special offers and cross-sell complementary products
  • Maintain store displays, product arrangements, and pricing accuracy
  • Support stock replenishment and delivery coordination
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers)
