1. Proactively identify and approach potential clients in relevant industries to promote the company’s products.
2. Achieve sales targets or objectives as set by the management.
3. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring a smooth experience and building long-term relationships.
5. Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales process to secure bookings and maximize revenue.
6. Handle order processing and follow up until delivery/shipping is completed.
7. Coordinate with planning and production teams to track project progress.
8. Participate in exhibitions and promotional events organized or attended by the company.
9. Build strong relationships with existing dealers, potential clients, and through client visits.
10. Understand our ideal customer profiles and how they align with our products and services.
11. Stay updated on market trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities.
