Qualifications

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (CHINESE SPEAKING)

Asia Commerce Supply Chain Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village

1. Responsible for the follow-up of overseas warehouse operations, solving abnormal problems in overseas warehouses, feeding back the situation overseas warehouses to relevant personnel in the domestic headquarters in real time, and doing a good job in docking;

2. Responsible for warehouse entry, exit, management, inventory and other guidance matters; communicate with warehouse personnel on operation information in the warehouse;

3. Track the order operation, ensure that the data in the ERP and WMS systems are consistent, and assist in querying inventory data and express delivery tracks;

4. Responsible for the management of overseas warehouses in the Southeast Asian market and improving the efficiency of the company's warehousing and logistics;

5. Reasonably allocate warehouse resources and optimize various operating procedures;

6. Follow the arrangement of superior leaders, ensure adherence to company policies, and protect the company's brand image and business interests.

7. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Fluent in writing and speaking Chinese will be given priority.

9.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

10. Discuss with the Warehouse Team Lead to create and distribute guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
