Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Management professional with 3-5 years of experience to manage supplier negotiations, monitor performance, and coordinate maintenance for facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards collaborative teamwork. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review and negotiate pricing, lead time, and technical requirements with suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and site audits.
  • Monitor supplier performance to meet quality and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with departments to source vendors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage office building, facilities, machines, and coordinate service providers.
  • Liaise with both overseas and local suppliers.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • Monitor supplier performance to meet upcoming orders, and assess their ability to meet the company’s quality and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to source vendors or contractors for maintenance and repair of office facilities, machinery, and equipment; review and compare quotations before recommending to Management.
  • Manage office building and facilities, machines, and equipment, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and related service providers.
  • Liaise and coordinate with both overseas and local suppliers.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
