The role involves managing the logistics system for security operations, monitoring inventory levels, and performing regular audits of uniforms and equipment. Manage the end-to-end logistics system for security operations.
Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including uniforms, equipment, and tools.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of uniforms and operational items.
Coordinate issuance, return, replacement, and disposal of assets.
Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment for all issued items.
Oversee uniform sizing, issuance, and replacement for security guards.
Ensure guards are always properly equipped as per client and company standards.
Conduct regular audits on uniforms, PPE, and security equipment (e.g., walkie‑talkies, batons, body cameras, torches).
Track losses, damages, and discrepancies and report accordingly.
Maintain a centralized asset register for all company‑owned items.
Conduct periodic physical asset checks and reconciliation.
Monitor asset condition and coordinate repairs, servicing, or replacements.
Ensure assets are used responsibly and in compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of guard hostels and accommodations.
Ensure hostels meet cleanliness, safety, and occupancy standards.
Monitor discipline, house rules, and overall living conditions.
Coordinate maintenance, utilities, and basic facility requirements.
Report issues, damages, or non‑compliance to management.
Coordinate logistics related to company vehicles (if applicable).
Monitor vehicle usage, servicing schedules, and basic documentation.
Assist with transport planning for guard deployment, asset delivery, and site support.
Ensure all logistics and asset processes comply with company SOPs.
Maintain proper records for audits, inspections, and management reporting.
Support internal and external audits related to logistics and assets.
Work closely with Operations, HR, and Finance departments.
Support deployment and mobilization of guards to new sites.
Respond promptly to urgent operational or logistical requirements.
Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, asset management, or operations (security industry experience is an advantage).
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, reporting).
Willingness to conduct site and hostel inspections.
