• Advise clients on premium residences & investment properties
• Handle viewings, presentations, and negotiations professionally
• Build trust‑based, long‑term client relationships
• Work with both local & international buyers

Sales & Closing

• Follow up on qualified leads (no random spam selling)
• Conduct proper needs analysis & property matching
• Close deals with guidance from experienced leaders

Personal Brand & Growth
