Responsibilities

• Get in touch with Potential Clients that come from different channels.
• Provide ID & Reno related information to Clients, educate them.
• Go for Site Visit with Client and get input of requirement and provide solution afterward.
• Prepare Quotations for Client.
• Share a Presentation to Client and get ID involved if needed.
• Maintain a regular communication with Client to update schedule & progress, and attend to their doubts.
• Manage the payment status of Client to avoid delay payment.
• Handover a clean & ready completed renovated home to Client~

Requirement

• Speak & write in English, Chinese & Malay
• Own transportation & laptop needed
• Any Education Level / Certificate to present
