Role Summary:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process — from business development, client engagement, and building job pipelines to candidate sourcing, selection, and placement. This role blends sales acumen, project management, and a people‑first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and generate client leads through referrals, social media, networking, and proactive outreach (including cold calls).
- Pitch and articulate the value of PositiveLinks Asia’s recruitment solutions to potential clients.
- Plan and execute weekly business development activities; track all leads and activities in the system.
- Build and manage strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand clients’ hiring needs, challenges, and priorities through detailed job briefs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide consultation and talent market insights to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Create value for the company by securing new job mandates, exclusive engagements, and contracting roles.
2. End‑to‑End Recruitment Execution
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Research the talent landscape and conduct market mapping.
- Source, identify, and approach candidates using multiple channels (databases, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
- Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability and match to client requirements.
- Present shortlisted profiles to clients and manage interview coordination.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer‑to‑onboarding process.
- Maintain consistent engagement with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth experience and address challenges proactively.
3. Candidate Talent Pooling & Networking
- Build and nurture a strong network of candidates within your specialization.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive talent to support current and future roles.
- Stay updated on candidate movement in the market and maintain regular communication.
4. Performance & Revenue
- Drive towards placement targets, quarterly billing goals, and KPIs (business development, client calls, candidate interviews).
- Maintain strong job pipelines and forecasting accuracy.
- Continuously improve personal workflow/processes to optimise productivity and exceed billing targets.

Experience
