Job description
Responsibilities
Responsible to manage resources planning and schedule arrangement for corrective and preventative maintenance complying the Scope of Work and Service Level Agreement
Responsible to arrange or attend any electrical breakdowns related to solar PV systems, initiate fault diagnosis and corrective actions for assigned solar PV projects
Verify all the works performed by Technician or Contractor, emphasize on quality as well as ensuring the countermeasure applied according to standards, procedures, and specifications
Provide technical reports for any breakdown, corrective actions and periodic maintenance performed.
Monitoring system performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical performance reports.
Complete project technical studies, design, and prepare cost estimation.
Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
Liaise with Sales, Project, and Procurement department, provide technical support and resolve technical issues during project installation.
Review project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) before Testing & Commissioning of solar PV projects, to ensure the projects specifications comply with standards and meet contract requirements.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
Primary interface between authorities, engineering consultant, subcontractors, vendors and clients during projects phase and service warranty to build positive long-term relationships.
Provide technical and non-technical support in development of new applications for internal process improvement
Requirements
Possess 2 years working experience in electrical installations or maintenance of solar PV projects.
Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience in Solar PV system design and PVSyst will be an added advantage.
Extensive knowledge on electrical theory and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
Customer oriented, independent, and good interpersonal skills.
Good communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbally as well as written).
Physically and mentally strong and fit, able to do multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
Possess valid driving license D, and able to travel or relocate.
