Client Services / Customer Care Consultant

We are seeking a talented and motivated Client Services / Customer Care Consultant to join our team at Steve & Co Asia (M) Sdn Bhd in our Mid Valley City Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Providing responsive, professional and personalised customer service to clients via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues, and working to find suitable resolutions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and communications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and policies.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
• A team player with a positive, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
