You will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering professional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies
• Understand clients’ hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture
• Provide recruitment advisory, including market trends and talent availability
• Work closely with internal consultants to deliver suitable candidates
• Manage job briefs, timelines, and recruitment progress
• Ensure high service quality and client satisfaction

You will be responsible for engaging, assessing, and supporting candidates throughout their job search journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and social platforms
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability
• Understand candidates’ career goals and provide professional career guidance
• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Prepare candidates for interviews and offer stages
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates

This role offers full ownership of the recruitment process, ideal for individuals who enjoy both people engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new client relationships and identify business opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and manage placement confirmations
• Build long‑term partnerships with both clients and candidates
• Achieve recruitment and performance targets

• Diploma or Degree holders in any field (Psychology, HR, Business, Hospitality are an advantage)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – comprehensive training provided
• Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow
• Proficient in English and Bahasa (Mandarin or Japanese is an added advantage)
