Responsibility

• Report to the SOX & IC, IT Manager to assist in IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs) SOX Compliance and perform SOX Compliance testing
• Define, plan, design, implement, and maintain the internal IT SOX controls framework to ensure compliance with the requirements of ITGCs and ITACs
• Perform SOX management reporting of the status of SOX deployment/testing and deficiencies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and R&D Team to understand, evaluate, and test IT controls
• Evaluate and identify control deficiencies and work with stakeholders to recommend remediation plans and perform validation and follow up on the remediation actions
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on SOX-related topics as well as Internal Controls over Financial Reporting
• Train and educate employees on SOX requirements and the correct execution of processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Electrical & Electronics, or related disciplines with IT focus
• Professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA) is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in IT audit and risk advisory experience which including SOX
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and/or VBA or Macro
• Emotional intelligence and meticulous, detail oriented
• Strong in project management experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of quality work product and output
• Travelling is required for this role (especially with the Asia Pacific region) 10-30%
