Inventory control: Oversee the day-to-day management of stock, including ordering, receiving, and storing products to ensure optimal levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Record maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through regular audits and the use of inventory management software or ERP systems.

Forecasting and analysis: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future inventory needs and make informed purchasing decisions.

Process improvement: Develop and implement inventory control procedures, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Supplier and team coordination: Work with suppliers to manage orders and collaborate with internal departments like sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth flow of goods.

Staff management: Train, supervise, and manage the inventory staff to meet business goals and address any personnel issues.
