We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Senior to join our team in Penang. You’ll manage key accounts, drive technical sales growth, and help expand our market presence across the Northern region.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and grow customer accounts in electronics and semiconductor sectors.
• Develop strategic account plans and meet sales/GP targets.
• Engage senior‑level stakeholders (Engineers, Managers) with solutions.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver proposals and technical solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Advantage with Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in test & measurement, RF, or microwave systems is a bonus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Penang.
