A leading HR firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Executive responsible for managing attendance, payroll, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Administration with 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficient in Mandarin and English. - Maintain and update employee data and files.
- Assist in performance review processes and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
- Support in general administrative tasks.
- Help arrange company bookings and support requests.
