Job Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer (MLLM), you will:
- Implement and maintain data processing workflows for multimodal content including text, image, audio, and video.
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend services, scripts, and simple frontend components for internal data and evaluation tools.
- Support the integration of LLM- and agent-based tools into data workflows, such as automated labeling, evaluation, and data checking.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools to run, collect, and organize LLM/MLLM evaluation results.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new rules, tools, and workflows.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in data processing, software development, data annotation, or AI data preprocessing.
- Foundational knowledge of Deep Learning or LLMs, with basic data development experience (e.g., SQL, Python scripting).
- Passion for gaming, especially FPS (First-Person Shooter) or SRPG (Strategy Role-Playing Games), with experience across multiple titles.
- Exposure to LLMs, AI tools, or automation workflows.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
