You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction activities to ensure the project assigned to you is delivered satisfactory within contractual timeframe and meeting quality expectations of company and the client.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage construction program;
Review and manage design information;
Manage and coordinate trade contractors activities;
Manage and ensure quality of construction;
Maintain and manage proper project documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Have relevant experience in the interior fit-out and construction industry
Have sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects
