Job description

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of FSTEP and in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programmes, including trainer scheduling, participant coordination, and ensuring smooth overall programme delivery.

Manage FSTEP job postings, application screening, and candidate databases across multiple recruitment platforms for Financial Institutions (FIs).

2. Attendance and Reporting

Manage attendance tracking for FSTEP and in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programmes.

Prepare and submit attendance summaries to participating Financial Institutions (FIs) for FSTEP and in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programmes.

3. Evaluation and Programme Reporting

Prepare and coordinate trainer evaluations in accordance with the training schedule for FSTEP and in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programmes.

Compile and prepare summary reports of trainer evaluations for each FSTEP batch and in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programme.

4. Assessments & Certification

Prepare and compile all assessment materials for each FSTEP batch and for in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programmes, ensuring alignment with the programme structure, learning outcomes, and assessment guidelines.

Prepare and distribute Certificates of Attendance/Completion to eligible participants for FSTEP and in-house Digital Banking and Leadership programmes.

5. Any other projects assigned by Director or CEO

Carry out any other duties or special projects as assigned by the Director or CEO to support organisational objectives.

Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, trainers, and participants.

Experiences:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an administrative or programme coordination role.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
